John 16:12-15
- The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, is in complete union with the Father and the Son.
- He is the one who reveals the Truth; opens our eyes, hearts and mind to see and understand the Good News of Gods’ Love, especially in and through Jesus, Jesus’ Life and teachings.
- The Holy Spirit continues the mission of Jesus by teaching and guiding the Church.
- He gives wisdom and faith, so that the disciples can testify with boldness to the living presence of Jesus and his love.
- He comforts the disciples when they face trails
- He enables the disciples to be witnesses of Christ not only by their words, but also by their lives
