|
Matthew 9: 35-38 |
Jesus begun his ministry with 12 Apostles and accomplished the mission entrusted to him. Jesus travelled to city, village and started preaching, teaching and healing in the synagogue, valleys and mountain. Many people were blessed and anointed by the arrival of Jesus. Jesus focus is to be built gods kingdom in the world. At the end of his life time ie before ascension to heaven he instructed his apostles to do the same mission thus apostles sent for mission and become great missionary in the world. Today catholic church is blessed with different missionary across the world.
In today’s world people are living like sheep without shepherd. Each of one us following their own way and follow the footstep of fancy world. Jesus is same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is compassion on his people and searching shepherd to lead his people in right direction. Jesus with great anxiety asking his disciples to pray for labourers to work in his field. Many saints in heaven rigorously pleading heavenly father to send labourers to bring the scattered people together in gods kingdom.
Everyday through the word of God or person or incident God is calling me. Am I ready to serve people in Gods kingdom.
