In the competitive world different sectors, organisations and business units have various criteria to choose the best employee in their organization. In many sectors the selection process is complicated and tough, to enable good resource personnel be recruited in the company or office. This selection process system, makes us work hard with sincerity and discipline, to qualify in them. Thus an organisation identifies the best candidate and appoints them in the office for different roles as per their skills and talents. With the help of qualified staff, organisation grow faster and stronger and gain fame in the world, thus employees and employers receive reward from the society.
Similarly, there is a qualifying process anoint the people who will build God’s kingdom in the world. It is based on the open invitation to everyone and everyone is free to choose because he has given us a freewill to accept his call. In Gods kingdom, on the underlined basis is honesty, service and faithfulness in our roles and responsibility given us. Therefore the last called person becomes first and first called person becomes last. Kingdome work needs to be done in a manner that will glorify God. God sees our heart and dedication and reward us. Let Joshua 24:15 “…. as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” inspire you to serve god completely, fully and with all your heart throughout your lifetime in establishing God’s kingdom in the world.
