Job in the First Reading is expressing the condition of humanity, post the fall of Adam and Eve, and it echoes God’s analysis/narration of what the life of Adam and Eve and their descendants would be because of the fall.

The First Reading starts with telling us the Suffering Servant prophecy of Isaiah. It echoes of God’s pleasure in the Suffering Servant. This Servant humble, will suffer, readily and accept everything, for the sake of God’s great love; humanity.
