The Lesson of the Fig Tree

In today’s gospel Jesus gives a parable of the fig tree. The signs of the fig tree will be so obvious that people will be able ‘to see and know for themselves’ what is happening.  If people can read the signs in nature, they should be willing and able to read the signs of their deliverance.
